Flat tire?
We'll fix it
on the spot.
Picked up a nail? Slow leak? Stranded with a flat? Rapid Tire GTA rolls a fully-equipped service van to your location anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area and performs a permanent, highway-safe puncture repair — usually in under 40 minutes. From $40, fully insured.

The right way to fix a flat.
A surface plug from the outside takes 5 minutes and fails. We do the proper internal patch-plug combination repair every single time — the same method endorsed by tire manufacturers and Transport Canada guidelines.
Locate the puncture
Soap-water test and visual inspection to find every leak — including hairline cracks and embedded debris.
Dismount & inspect inside
We remove the tire from the rim and inspect the inner liner for hidden damage that surface plugs would miss.
Patch-plug combo install
Industry-standard internal patch-plug seals the puncture from the inside out — a permanent, highway-safe repair.
Balance, torque & test
Rebalance the wheel, reinstall to spec, set PSI, and verify the seal holds before we leave.
Honest answers. Always.
Not every flat can — or should — be repaired. We tell you up front, with proof. If your tire can't be safely fixed, we'll replace it on the spot from our stock of new and quality used tires.
Repairable
- Nail or screw in the tread area
- Slow leak from the tread
- Punctures under 6mm (¼")
- Single tread-area puncture
- Tire still holds some pressure
Replace instead
- Sidewall puncture or cut
- Shoulder damage near edge
- Punctures larger than 6mm
- Driven flat (internal damage)
- Dry-rot, age, or bubbles

Faster. Safer. Cheaper.
Towing your car to a shop costs more than our entire repair. Skip the wait, the markup, and the lost half-day.
Do these 3 things.
Pull over safely
Get off the roadway, onto a flat surface. Hazards on. Don't drive on a fully flat tire — you'll destroy the sidewall.
Snap a photo
Take a picture of the tire and the sidewall (so we can see the size & DOT code). Send it to us via WhatsApp or text.

Flat tire repair questions.
How much does mobile flat tire repair cost in the GTA?
Mobile flat tire repair starts at $40 for a standard patch-plug combination repair. Pricing depends on tire size, puncture location, and whether the wheel needs to be removed. The final price is always confirmed before we start the job — no surprises.
How long does a flat tire repair take?
A typical mobile flat tire repair takes 20–40 minutes from the moment we arrive. That includes dismounting the tire, locating and inspecting the puncture, installing an internal patch-plug combo, rebalancing the wheel, and torque-checking the install.
Can every flat tire be repaired?
No. Punctures inside the tread area and smaller than 6mm (¼") can usually be safely repaired. Sidewall punctures, shoulder damage, large gashes, dry-rotted tires, or tires that were driven completely flat must be replaced — we'll never compromise on safety.
Do you come to my location for a flat tire?
Yes. We service driveways, condo lots, office parking lots, and roadside locations across the entire Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and beyond.
Is a tire plug repair safe for highway driving?
Surface-only plugs are a temporary fix. We perform a full internal patch-plug combination — the permanent repair endorsed by industry standards — which is fully safe at highway speeds for the remaining life of the tire.
What if my tire can't be repaired?
If the puncture isn't repairable, we offer new and used tire replacement on the spot. Our service van carries common sizes, and we can source most others same-day across the GTA.
Ready when you are.
